Jazmine Thomas

Dance Educator

Jazmine is a professional dancer based in Toronto. She is known for her versatility in
contemporary, ballet, jazz, modern, aerial silks and hoop, acro, song and dance, tap,
musical theatre, hip-hop and commercial dance. Jazmine’s education in dance has built
her foundation in technique, strength, flexibility, and expressive movement.

She began her pre-professional training at Taylor Dance Centre and continued at
Liberty Dance to then graduate from Cardinal Carter Academy of the Arts. She
continued her professional development at Conteur Dance Academy, focusing on
contemporary, ballet and expressive movement as an artist.
 

Jazmine’s training also included successfully completing advanced-level ballet
examinations with The Royal Academy, as well as attending notable conventions such
as RADIX, JUMP, NUVO, and various others.
 

Jazmine has worked with Royal Caribbean International Cruise Line for four years. In
the summer of 2023, she made her musical theatre debut with Drayton Entertainment
in ”Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat ”. To then transition into television
and commercial work, appearing in projects for Walmart, Drake’s music video “NOKIA”,
and the Jonas Brothers’ Disney Christmas film ”Get Us Home”.
 

Jazmine loves sharing her joy, passion, and authenticity while being dedicated to her
craft, while building her dance repertoire as a teacher and a performance artist.
