MARY ANN SING
Dancing since the age of 3, Mary Ann has followed her dream of dance wherever it took her. She has trained in multiple styles of dance including ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, contemporary and character dance.
Mary Ann has extensive training in both Royal Academy of Dance and Vaganova style of ballet. She was accepted to the National Ballet of Canada Summer Intensive program where she trained for two summers. She later attended L’ecole Superior Du Ballet Du Quebec and was accepted into their professional program. Mary Ann further her training with Goh Ballet Academy in Vancouver, where she trained at their professional ballet program. She performed with Goh Ballet Academy in many city-wide performances such as the Nutcracker and Four Seasons. She danced in the corps de ballet, as well as a soloist. She was a finalist at two international ballet competitions, and was placed first in her category at the Surrey Ballet Competition.
Mary Ann is excited to be a part of Allegro Dance school. She is looking forward to spread her ongoing passion for dance to young dancers who are just beginning their dance journey.
